കോട്ടയം : കോട്ടയത്ത് കൂട്ടിക്കൽ - ചോലത്തടം റോഡിൽ മണ്ണിടിച്ചിൽ. മഴയിൽ പറക്കല്ലുകളും മണ്ണും ഒഴുകിയെത്തി. കാവാലിയിൽ കല്ലുകളും മണ്ണും റോഡിലേക്ക് മറിഞ്ഞ് ഗതാഗത തടസ്സമുണ്ടായി. കോട്ടയം മലയോര മേഖലയിൽ ഇന്നലെ രാത്രി കനത്ത മഴ ലഭിച്ചിരുന്നു.
മണിമല, മീനച്ചിലാറുകളിൽ ജലനിരപ്പ് ഉയർന്നു. മണിമലയാറ്റിൽ ജലനിരപ്പ് ഉയർന്നതോടെ മുണ്ടക്കയത്ത് ബൈപാസ് റോഡിലടക്കം വെള്ളം കയറി.
