മേപ്പാടിയില്‍ തേയിലത്തോട്ടത്തില്‍ പുലിയിറങ്ങി
ആളുകൂടിയപ്പോൾ മരത്തിൽനിന്ന് താഴേക്ക് ചാടി
കൽപറ്റ : വയനാട് മേപ്പാടിയില്‍ തേയിലത്തോട്ടത്തില്‍ പുലിയിറങ്ങി. ജനവാസമേഖലയോട് ചേര്‍ന്നുള്ള നെല്ലിമുണ്ട ഒന്നാം മൈലിലെ തേയിലത്തോട്ടത്തിലാണ് പുലിയെത്തിയത്.ഇന്ന് രാവിലെയാണ് മരത്തിനു മുകളിൽ പുലിയെ കണ്ടത്. ആളുകൾ ബഹളം വച്ചതോടെ പുലി മരത്തിൽനിന്ന് ചാടിപ്പോകുകയായിരുന്നു.
ഈ മേഖലയിൽ നേരത്തെയും പുലി സാന്നിധ്യം സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇതിന്‍റെ ഒരു കിലോമീറ്റർ ചുറ്റളവിൽ പുലിയെ പിടിക്കാൻ കൂടുവച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. കഴിഞ്ഞ ആഴ്ച ഇതേ തേയിലത്തോട്ടത്തിന്‍റെ മറുവശത്ത് മറ്റൊരു പുലിയെ കെണിവച്ച് പിടിച്ചിരുന്നു
