റായ്പൂര്‍ : ഛത്തീസ്ഗഡിൽ സുരക്ഷാസേനയും മാവോയിസ്റ്റുകളും തമ്മിലുണ്ടായ ഏറ്റുമുട്ടലിൽ 15 മാവോയിസ്റ്റുകളെ വധിച്ചു. വനിതാ മാവോയിസ്റ്റ് അടക്കമുള്ളവരാണ് കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടത്.
തിങ്കളാഴ്ച രാത്രിയാണ് സംഭവം. ഛത്തീസ്ഗഡ്-തെലുങ്കാന അതിർത്തിയിലെ കരേഗുട്ട കുന്നുകൾക്ക് ചുറ്റുമുള്ള ഇടതൂർന്ന വനങ്ങളിലാണ് ഏറ്റുമുട്ടൽ ഉണ്ടായത്. ഏറ്റുമുട്ടൽ നടന്ന സ്ഥലത്ത് നിന്ന് സുരക്ഷാ സേന ഒരു 303 റൈഫിൾ കണ്ടെടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.
