എരുമേലി :മറുനാടൻ മലയാളി എഡിറ്റർ ഷാജൻ സ്‌കറിയ കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പള്ളി കോടതിയിൽ നൽകിയ കേസിൽ പി വി അൻവർ എം എൽ എ ക്കെതിരെ എരുമേലി പോലീസ് കേസ് രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തു .കേസ് കോടതി നിർദേശപ്രകാരം . സെപ്റ്റംബർ 15 മുതൽ നിരന്തരമായ സൈബർ അറ്റാക്കും ,വ്യക്തിപരമായും അപകീർത്തിപരവുമായ പരാമർശം നടത്തിയതും സംബന്ധിച്ചാണ് കേസ് .ഇന്ത്യൻ ശിക്ഷ നിയമത്തിലെ 196 ,336 i ,340 ,351 (1 )356 (1 ) വകുപ്പുകൾ പ്രകാരമാണ് കേസ് എടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നത് .
